Mac App MFA Change Password

JumpCloud is using MFA at scale across their Mac systems. Since admins will already be on the update path, they can also use the time to implement MFA across their macOS fleets.

How it works

  1. On the toolbar, click the JumpCloud App icon.
  2. First, hover over the status indicator bar.
  3. Next, click the ‘reset password’ link.
  4. Enter your current JumpCloud Password.
  5. Type your new JumpCloud password and confirm password.
  6. Click “save”.
  7. Open your MFA app of choice (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc).
  8. Enter TOTP token.
  9. Click “save”.
